Do you mean a website ?

Or do you mean an e-mail address ?

You just type them in and automatically it turns red when submitted and posted.

Hi almcd007, I was trying to send someone a link to a site earlier. I highlighted it, copied it and then pasted it. But when I put it in my answer I thought they would automatically just click it to get to the link. But it didnt happen.

Not very good at this am I ? :(
it doesn't appear as a link in your answer when you have just pasted it, but once 'sent' it does appear as a clickable link
If you have the web page you want to post a link to up on your computer right click on the web page url in the top box of the page then select copy. Then go to the email you want to put it in and right click and select paste, the link will then appear in your email.

I have just done that with the link below.......

As Toureman suggested, right-clicking (the other button on your mouse) with your pointer over the URL will properly highlight it for you; all you need to do then is click "Copy" on the menu that appears.

With the URL now stowwed safely away in your mouse you can go where you choose and right-click / Paste at will.
