In theory, if I were invisible, with light travelling straight through my eyes, would i be able to see?

To become invisible you have to change dimension and in doing so you become visible in a different dimension and your eyes would possibly see in that dimension only. The light source may be different in the new dimension if there is any light there. This is the main problem with Hyperspace as light there doesn't exist so navigation is difficult as time also doesn't exist, so if you become invisible and pass into Hyperspace as a result you will be pretty much lost and for all intends and purposes blind.

In order to see light, it has to be absorbed by your retina (which is why your pupils are black). So even if you could make the rest of you invisible, you'd still be 2 floating black dots.
