clearing a folder in Outlook Express

I have separated a group of e-mails from my inbox so that any received from this group go into a different folder, not to my inbox. I have sorted out which ones I want to keep and now I want to delete the other 160 without having to do it one by one. Is there a way of deleting all the files in a folder on Outlook Express?

Highlight the first one , move to the last one hold down the shift key and highlight the last one and they all turn blue and hit delete, if you want to try it first select them 10 at a time
