help with javascript

help , i can access my email on the family pc but when hubby signs in he cant access his emails as he doesnt have javascript enabled. why is it that i have javascript and he doesnt and how do i enable it???i have tried and cant find any answers myself??thanks in advance

- Log in as hubby.
- Open Internet Explorer
- Select Tools from the menu bar
- Click Internet Options
- Activate the Security tab
- Click on the Custom Level button
- Locate the Scripting node
- Under Active Scripting node (near the bottom of the list), activate the Enable option
- Click the OK button
- Click the OK button on the main Internet Options window
- Close, then restart Internet Explorer.
