DONT do the fad diets, they just mess your system up. Carbs are essential in your daily diet as are all the other food groups.
Just eat a little of whatever you fancy and make sure you do good aerobic exercise ... swimming is the best all-rounder.
When exercising you need to do it for at least 45mins because it takes 25 minutes for your body to be sufficiently warmed up to start burning off calories. The longer you exercise AFTER the 25min warm up, the more fat you will burn off.
The fastest way to lose weight is to be on a protein diet, only porteins, also you can eat peanuts, nuts bacon and fats but non a single carbs lemon and fruit neither, also have a 30 minutes walk daily or some other excercise but ask your doctor first, all depends of your age, since this diet surely burns a lot of fats but it could increase your cholesterol; be careful, I lost 4 punds in 15 days but you'll need medical watching.
