I have a budrus 500-245 boiler i over filled the pressure using the loop the pressure is showing 3.5 recommended 1.5 the over flow pipe outside runs water when bolier is in use how do i lower the pressure

Bleed water out of one of the rads until the pressure falls back to 1.5 bar on the gauge. A 2-person job - one to watch the gauge, one to bleed the rad. Probably a couple of cups worth to come out.
turn the boiler off, open the bleed vent on a downstairs rad and let the water spurt into a bowl, either check the pressure guage every litre of water or so or if you do drain too much simply add some more water via the filling loop.

thanks for information to all the loop pipe valve was stuck open so it kept filling via the loop everytime i drained the system i changed the valve and all is ok
