New TV Demo mode

New Panasonic flat screen TV, stoopid me has somehow pressed a button putting the tv in demo mode. Its the mode that is usually on tv's in shops. I've now got an advertising box down in the bottom right hand corner and Intelligent Scene Controller Demo on a split screen with On and Off written just underneath.........aaaaggggghhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a quick google search for 'panasonic tv demo mode' throws up a few solutions including:

Did you try pressing the up-arrow + Exit on the front of the TV instead of the remote?

Couldn't exit the demo mode - couldn't clear screen. I allowed the demo to run itself out and at the end it provided this exit tip. Hold down the PLAY button for 5 seconds.
