Tesco Savings account

This might sound dumb but I have never used a savings account before. Anyway, I want to take money out of my tesco savings account but dont know where to go or how to do this.

No it is not an online account and I didnt sign up for the telephone banking either

There is a freepost address you write to if you want to withdraw cash in these circumstances. It's in the booklet that came with the account

If you have a Tesco Personal Savings account and a plastic card to match, then you can withdraw up to £500 per day at the Service Desk in any Tesco Store or you can get up to £300 per day from the cash machine outside the Store. To close the account completely you will have to phone Glasgow.
You should have been given this information when you opened the account.
