Have lost the instructions..can anyone help..dying for a drink :(

Fill with cold water and place new CO2 gas cartridge in receptacle. Screw up and allow gas to mix with water.
Fill drinking vessel with beverage of choice and ice (perhaps).
Point spout of syphon into beverage and gently depress lever, taking great care not to squirt beverage out of glass and onto wife's new carpet.
Sit back and enjoy.
