i fell over in the next car park yesterday, bruised and slightly grazed my knees through trousers and cut palms of my hands. i went over on a stone. they are currently building more shops next to next so more debris on the floor one would assume. do you think i should report this to next or am i too late anyway?

you should see the big bruises on my knees now and the scar on the palm of my hand! it was in a shop car park, yes i do feel they are liable even though they are saying its not their car park. feel like pursuing it just to say, make your car park safe!! but know it will give me loads of hassle. it shook me up really bad.
