Is dreamweaver 4 similar to dreamweaver MX. If I learned 4 would I be able to use MX?

If you learn Dreamweaver 4 you'll be able to use MX much much better than you would if you didn't learn anything.

yeah, DW MX is basically the same as DW 4, but better.

a few things are in different places and a couple of shortcuts keys are different, but it's basically the same software with a few more options.
