beko dvc565 oven does not work but the rest is ok

hello i have a beko dvc565 the bulb went so i have replaced the bulb and i was expecting the cooker to come back to life. not the case, all hobs and top over work perfect.
Is there something that i have done wrong or that i should do to get the cooker working again.

how do i do this? the clock will not light up.

advent modena webcam has stopped working, can anyone help with a solution.
for some reason the webcam is not in the device manager, strange thing is that the webcam light comes on when you start up the laptop.

any help welcome.
