Across the road.the owner of the other car admitted liability.1 )will my insurance policy be affected when it comes up for renewal . 2)will it go on my record as being involved in an accident .? 3)will I have to declare that I have been involved in an accident.?

But when that happened, the other party’s insurance paid for the repair of my car and other expenses – but my NCB was unaffected.
From what Eddie51 says, such an accident would now affect my NCB.
Let’s say my insurance becomes renewable 11 months after the crash – how would I go about claiming the extra costs re my NCB?
In the meantime, I might have an accident that was my fault; it would now become almost impossible to determine which proportion of my increased insurance costs are attributable to the accident that was my fault and the loss of NCB due to the other persons fault – how is this all calculated?
