Travel Insurance Problems

I need travel insurance needed for pre-existing conditions. More problemmatic is the histology report I am awaiting, which will not be available before travel. Are there any UK travel companies that would cover me for this undiagnosed condition?

Will try this company. I do not want to distress my elderly relatives, if my insurance cover isn't valid, so will have to take a UK trip until I get clearance to travel
