I spent 5 years as a full time carer to FIL with Alzheimers Trev..and had to be up very early to do things before I woke him. He required constant attention so things like laundry, ironing, cleaning , meal prep etc had to be done and dusted before 8am.. he also wandered through the nights so I never really got a proper sleep as one ear was always listening out for him..
I can get so much more done early doors..in the summer months I get garden duties started before 7am.. so I can sit out..weather permitting..later on..
really should try and stay up later in order to stretch the wakening hours a bit..but it's a struggle to keep peepers open..especially if it has been a demanding day physically
Good morning MM and everyone, (I feel sometimes I’m intruding)
My sleeping patterns are erratic too awoke at 4am again. Nightshift habit I think.
Lovely outside weather wise sun just coming up.
And I’ve seen friendly neighbour hood fox/vixen I’ve no idea where he/she comes from the park is half mile away but in opposite direction. He she noticed me watching seemed to know I’m not a threat and carried on about themselves
Good Morning all - yet another very wet one that will last until 9 and then hopefully brighten up. A wee shop is in order, I think....inc a stop in a little place called Tresillian to raid the pie shop there.
