i passed my test back in 2006 but about 12 months later i got my licence revoked,which meant i was back to my provisional and i have had to take both my theory and practical tests again,now when i take out insurance do i have to put down that i have only had my full licence since my most recent test pass date or can i go back all the way to 2006

As the earlier one was revoked it is as if it never existed. It is the latest date you need to quote.
