i have credit card insurance and seems tho im on income support they are asking for evidence that im applying for at least 2 jobs per month the job centre wont give me anything and what jobs are available are applying by phone how do i get proof that im actively seeking work

Send them a list of the jobs you applied for by phone together with the contact number. They can try to check if they want but because of Data Protection they shouldn't get anywhere. They might accept such a list.
Or send copies of any rejection letters.
