faulty furniture
1 Answers
Not sure if this is in the correct section.....I had 2 sofas delivered from DFS yesterday, the wooden frame on the back of one sofa is broken. I noticed it when i was brushing the excess bits of upholstory off it, I ran my hand across and it is clearly broken and if left and used it will soon poke through the upholstory. I phoned and spoke to the shop who are sending someone out next week to take a look. Will I be entitled to ask for a discount, We cant use the sofa and it will prob have to be taken away for replacement/repair, also im worried they might just nail it together and re-staple upholstory and this will make the frame weak. what are my rights?
