Does anyone know of an insurance company that will cover items bought on HP while the item is still being paid for?

You will be covered under your home contents insurance I would imagine, in most cases, unless you had home insurance, you wouldn;t get the HP anyway would you? In which case they woulod sell you a seperate policy,

Depends what ' items' your'e referring to - you can get insurance for example to cover the difference between the amount of HP taken out to buy a car / balance owing - and the market value of the car if it was written off , for example .

I think that your home insurance would cover this, you should contact your insurance company to make sure it is. Happy new years.
