I don't know about Salford, but down here in the South-East there are hundreds of applications for every pre-reg nursing place - I wish you good luck.

Hi Dylan
Competition is very high at the moment. Applications where I work have increased by 50%. We have a lot of choice orf applicants1 person in every 8 gets a place. Midwifery have already closed for Sep12, Child same, here in Bristol so its very competitive. Do your research, the number who turn up for interviews with no idea what nursing entails is breathtaking. They seem to think we will just take them because we need nurses! WRONG!
