I didn't pick engineering for my GCSE option and now i regret it. Will i be undereducated to understand it all in college/sixth form?. And can i take it up?

Your local college should be able to advise you on entry requirements. Many schools don't offer Engineering as a GCSE so would imagine you'd be ok as long as you got a decent grade in Maths.
