Can I quit a full time night job and still receive full job seekers, because my daytime environment is'nt condusive to sleep

No if you give up a job with out a genuine reason you will be suspended from receiving benefit for a period of 26 weeks,so be careful.

in that case ill have to resort to crime, no option
Good career choice.
if you have good reason to quit a job you can still claim but you have to prove beyond reasonable doubt that you had no choice but to quit the job, even if you manage to do that you are still not guaranteed to receive job seekers.
