Will beneficiarys rights.

My Father died in 2001 and has left a property in trust. My sister is the Executor of the Will and despite many requests for a copy of the Will it has not been forthcoming. I contacted the Solicitor who dealt with the matter and he said ask my sister !!.
I am confident i am mentioned on the Will, so surely it would be a legal right for the Solicitor to inform me ?.

Could someone please help me.

You (and anyone else in the country) can buy a copy of the will from the Probate Office.

If it hasn't gone to probate (which would be rather odd if it creates a trust) then you have no right to a copy until it has.
