can any one help with a tesco job application form the back section im really struggling as i have been declined twice, woul be very very grateful if any one can help

hi you have to say what u would to the most often and least often from each of the four statments the one's im having trouble with are below :


1:
a:is aware of aims of the company
b:makes the right decisions
c:respects policies
d:willingly accepts tasks
(for the above im struggling with the least)

2:
a:aims to please other people
b:plans my own time
c:is able to problem solve
d:motivates others to reach team goals

3:
a:completes tasks on time
b:accepts targets for myself
c:thinks about the needs of others
d:shows enthusiasm

Hmm It seems to me to be something the interviewer would fill in as you answered questions.

Ring them up and ask.

You have to circle the nearest description of yourself in each case. No one can help you with this because only you know yourself.
