What reason should i put down on application forms for why i left current and previous jobs, reasons why i want to leave current job is because its boring, getting me down, feel i can do better than what i currently. Do i put dwn im after a challenge or how about I am wanting to utilise my current skills to the best of my ability ?

Thanks

Reasons for leaving is usually on past jobs you have left. I'm sure they would ask you in any interviews anyway. I'd say you last statement is best bet

say you've reached the top of the learning curve for your current position and want to put your skills to new challenges etc

thanks bushbaby,
good luck with the applications
You could say you feel you can't go any further and want to progress and further develop your skills which you can't do in your current position (as long as there is chance to do so in the new positions you are applying for).
Looking for a greater challenge is a frequent one!
i like to say "career development opportunity"!

Thanks peeps, yes i think the job or jobs that im applying for would use the skills i have alot more than what i currently use them plus it could allow me to learn new skills as i go along

Ive been putting down something like "Im after a challenge" and i wasnt sure whether people would think that once ive achieved the challenge then id be off looking for another challenge
i usually say couldnt progress and further promotion wise or no longer getting any job satisfaction
DC-FC I think your answers to suggestions speak for themselves - you are obviously a good employee who wants to achieve but find yourself in a job that doesn't challenge you and offer these opportunities. Don't disparage your present job in an interview, rather express your appreciation for the experience and confidence it has given you to go on an achieve greater things. If I was interviewing you would certainly be on my list - good luck
