How many deaf staff do RNID actually employ.

I am interested in knowing how many deaf staff RNID / action on hearing loss actually employ as its the number one deaf charity in comparison to hearing staff members. I am just curious to fond out whether there a specific number of employees that have to be deaf/Deaf. i.e. like a quota.

Not deaf per say I think but there used to be a 'quota' r disabled employees
