i was accused of threating another member of staff but i did not two guys that hate me have told lies what do i do next

7 years i have work for this company the person they said i was threating was not present i have pissed them off in the past not they want to get there pound of flesh

what does the person you were supposedly threatening say? If they weren't even there, they wont be able to confirm it will they?

the person that im been blame for threating says noting its the two guys that are saying to hr that i was verbally threating they have sent a letter to hr about it i have contacted my union but i think they are no good

well then there is no need to do anything or worry - they must be stupid to make up something that they person can just tell anyone who asks, never happened
