Hi. Does anyone know where I can get some ideas about interesting job possibilities?Doing pretty much anything, but not office based, as working in an office drives me insane!!!!!

steveyk: Can you try monster.com or careerbuilder.com over in the UK? These internet based job seeking sites are great in the US...good luck with the search, we've all been there and it's tough!

Hey Octavius, I'm going to send my son onto that site! He can't decide whether to stay on for the second year of the 6th form or leave and get a job, so I've told him that until he gets a job he's staying on, otherwise he'd just stay in bed all day, lazy little beggar! I think he's basically confused about what he wants to do, so this might help him. Thanks very much.

I was stuck wondering what career to follow a few years ago when i noticed an ad for Butlins (hear me out!). The moneys not hot, but it's the experience of a lifetime, the social life's great, you make friends for life and it gives you a chance to get away from it all for a few months and think about your options. I worked in Minehead for 6months, met my husband there and moved back home where i now own my own nightclub!!! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to sort themselves out, whilst having a break and a fantastic nightlife. Goodluck x
