A friend of mine would like to be a TV presenter... she has a little experience already, but would like peoples opinions (from experience would be good) on whether a TV Presenters Couse (2 days at the London Acadamy) would do her any favours, or would it be a waste of time & money?

Thanks!

Waste of money, without any doubts.
tell her 2 go 4 it. alot of famous people started off like this GO 4 IT GIRL. FOLLOW UR DREAMS
I seem to have alot of answers to these sort of questions, because I feel I'm an expert in trying to break into a very difficult industry, if she's really serious about it, see if she can talk to a existing presenter in the field she is interested in, and they may give her advice on the best places to try and get an idea if this really is the route for her, b4 she forks out all that money. Try contacting the London studios, maybe smaller not so high profile so your not treading on anybody's toes in the process. Have a look at contacts.
