Mosaic, I am a Masters student studying Design, why would I need to lie about that. I just need thoughts of the public.

Adam, I think people find it hard to believe because it doesn't really show a clear level of thinking. Only people who love you are going to spend their time reading 60 pages and providing you with comments.
Also, i don't really get how helpful free text "what do you think of this" type questions actually are when it comes to analysis and synthesis.

All of the research, development and design has been done, this is simply gathering thoughts on the outcome and how it compares to its predecessor. I can't really word it any other way. All I am asking for is public views and opinions, as they will be unbiased, they are also ultimately the end users of the product

if you can't word it any other way then you obviously haven't learned much about getting people to do surveys!
