keep your hair tied back. A blouse would look a little more professional than a t-shirt, though. However, I've not known a company to request a photo with a resume before.

Over here we don't say resumé, we say 'curriculum vitae'. If you are going to correspond on a UK site it would be a good idea to learn the lingo.
