hello...please could someone work out my holiday entitlement, I work part time & I work irregular hours..which has totalled to 817 hrs per year...Advance thanks..

You simply need to know the multiplier, which is 12.07%.

12.07% of 817 hours = 98 hours 37 mins (which would typically be rounded up to 99 hours)
Buenchico's answer is good but of course it only tells you the statutory minimum holiday entitlement and it's worth noting that the resultant figure includes any bank/public holiday entitlement. Your employer may give more than this- you need to check at work

thanks guys...I don,t get paid holiday for bank holidays because I normally work them....again thanks for the info..

BUENCHICO....I work 8hrs a day so if I divide 99 with 8 = 12.375 so would I get 12days hols...
You get 12 days holiday but you don't simply lose the odd bit on the end. Some employers round up to 13 days. Others just pay you for the 3 extra hours holiday
