I am thinking of starting up a business. What things must i do by law? For example, do i need to register the company??

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Sorry I can't be of much use, but there are definitely some things you'll be required to do by law, such as registering etc, different things depending on what sort of comapny it is (Sole Trader, partnership, plc etc). I'm sure someone more intelligent than me will be along soon to tell you about them. I had to find out about the process for A level, and found most of my information on the internet.

They will have specialist advisers to help guide you through the process and also make sure that you have the rights skills and financing to succeed. they may also have training courses and grants to help you even more. - Good luck with it
