For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.hello - i work in a primary school and an IEP is an idividual education plan , i'm sorry i've never heard of an ILP. however , where i work in nottingham , an IEP can mean anything, from mild learning difficulties to dyslexia- although a IEP and an SAP - (School Action Plus) - is an IEP for the more seroius special needs ADHD autism, aspergers etc. Is this any help? xxx
