Business Plan problems

Hi guys,

I have to come up with a cashflow for my print shop business plan before I can get any funding, the problem is, all the examples I've seen only have three products on it but my business will have hundreds, I couldnt even divide it into three groups easily.

Any suggestions on what I should do?
