Help With Research Proposal

Hi! I need to write an outline research proposal in support of a PhD application and I have no idea what to start with. What literature databases I should use? Any advices would be helpfull.

You'll have to tell us more about the subject you're proposing to do your PhD on. Do you have the requisite degree to progress to a PhD?

However if it's a genuine question then, as GG states, you'll need to tells us which field you'll be researching in. It would be no good us suggesting a research topic in microbiology if your specialism is in Mediaeval French literature!
