Do I Go To This Job?

I've been offered to go this warehouse job to start tomorrow but asked to start next Tuesday as I am in the care home on Friday and Monday. It is a full time position I'm just debating if I should go or not?

Abbey/  On Tuesday you stated you had applied for a job at Peacock's clothes store - have you heard anything from them?
That would suit you but Saturday rota probably involved?

You have to decide whether to take a chance and what is more important to you.

If this warehouse is offering you the days and hours you want, then unless there is something you don't think you will like about it, then perhaps you should go for it.

Rather than changing jobs so often, I feel it is time to get to the root of the reason you hate your job at HB. 

So, if you can answer  : are you happy working alongside other members of staff or would you rather work in a section by yourself;

Does the manager or senior member ever thank you or say "well done, Abbey" or are they critical all the time;

Do other  staff members try to be friendly with you or just talk amongst themselves;

Are you able to operate the till without supervision; 

Getting to the reason you use the word Hate is important to decide whether to stay or leave .

Did you make a decision, Abbey? Are you packing in Home Bargains and the care home and having another try at warehouse work?

Staying care home stayed abit later today but packing in HB failing care home don't give more hours will get one else where

Thanks for the update, Abbey. Maybe something will come of your applications to the other care homes (and a hospital, I think you said?) as full-time hours in the present home seem unlikely.

No I doubt full time so will keep looking for full time
