You really don't seem to understand how businesses work abbey, and don't seem to accept you are not delivering what employers need

Getting rid of you is failing your probation, whilst in the probation period they don't have to give you a reason 

I'm afraid this is now the last of my advice.

All the repetition of how bosses have treated you unfairly and constant dislike of supervisors ....

Newmoardy would my dyspraxia be affecting it?

Abbey, dyspraxia can affect short-term working memory and organisation of tasks and thoughts.  I don't know how much effect this would have had on your jobs in the warehouse, the  care home, Home Bargains.

Well I worked with a guy that was dyspraxic in the warehouse, home bargains and sometimes apparently it can have an affect with cleaning 

Eh? It doesn't affect HB or the warehouse just cleaning?

Apparently when I googled symptoms of dyspraxia 

You need to get a doctor to officially diagnose that you have dyspraxia. You then need to inform your employer and ask them to make appropriate allowances. When you apply for jobs let them know so they can make allowances.

Another option is to avoid cleaning roles if that's the area where dyspraxia affects your performance.

I have to say I find it strange,Abbey,that you have had the problem for around 25 years yet you need to google the symptoms!

So 28 years ago it was diagnosed.  Is it worth getting assessed again?

Have you been telling your employers so they can make provisions? They can't dismiss you on the grounds of disability then.

An employer can dismiss an employer because of their disability if they have exhausted every avenue to find suitable work for them if they cannot do their current job, including providing relevant equipment and adaptions.

He is. I'm not sure he's saying anything different to me. They can't dismiss you for disability. We are a long way from the employer exploring options
