What Do I Do If My Work Don't Reply?
I've sent the care home an email asking if I can change my days as my new job days were only available Monday yo Wednesday. What do I do they haven't replied to my email.

Abbey, the people advising you might not have the full picture. They may have your 'I worked every last bit of blood, sweat and tears' comment, but do they have 'We had to cut her hours right, right back as she simply wasn't coping'? Do they also have a note of 'I took a new job with conflicting shifts, but surely the old employer should fall into line with my wishes? I won't be there long, but while I am, I'd like the rotas changed to suit me'.
"I used every bit of blood sweat and tears in both jobs."
If it's outwith your capabilities to work and carry out all your tasks satisfactorily in the hours you were hired for, do you expect the employer to pay you for those hours and for someone else to perform or finish the tasks you were not able to complete within those hours?
Abbey, your hours were reduced weeks and weeks ago. Since then you've had the job you hated at HB, thought of going to work in a warehouse, got yourself another part-time job lined up... without thinking that last one through (ie taking shifts that wouldn't work with your existing job). Even if (and it's only an 'if') the supervisor doesn't make you feel welcome, you're there to work - and it is only for 9 hours a week. Have you always had a great rapport with all your other bosses?
Abbey, you're writing confusing stuff again. By the 'and the new one seems great' do you mean the job you haven't actually started, the one where you've done just one day? And maybe the stock manager (in the warehouse) did think the world of you to start with... but something must have changed as you were let go, and your 'lack of energy' was mentioned. Maybe you get off to a great start, then fizzle out a bit as time goes on!
