Do career advisors work on commision at times ? for example a career advisor working for local a Connextions office dealing with a client who was referred to by the local Job Centre.

yes it is all commission based the more you sell ore commission you can earn

My wife works for connexions and i can assure you they do not work on commission. Connexions staff are essentially civil servants.
Only private recruitment consultants work on commission.

hey Alfie, in no way shape or form do any staff at connexions get comission. They deserve a payrise though for working their asses off in what can be a very difficult and unrewarding job.
