Abbey, how long has it been since you've held down a full-time job for any length of time? The new position sounds quite demanding and you have really struggled with all the jobs over the past couple of years. If you really think you could cope with what's expected in that new job, I wish you well. Having seen how much you've struggled is why I suggested you might be better working out exactly what you'd want to do, workwise - and then making that happen, either through college or training, something. As it is, I feel you could be lurching into another 'this'll do' job that doesn't sound ideal for you.

I got a meeting about seeing what benefits there are. I would like to do warehouse online courses.

What do they teach?  I know there are management courses in all sorts of areas but I don't think k that would suit you.

Glad you're thinking of other things, Abbey -I don't think you could keep bouncing in and out of these jobs, with none of them going anywhere!

That's what we are looking when I go job centre tomorrow

If you wanted to you could work full time days and do college courses in the evenings. That's how I got my BA degree

^^ Good idea, Cal, but I think Abbey would find that much too tiring - she has mentioned in the past about how tired she gets.

I just don't feel ready to leave selco

Stay at Selco - this job doesn't sound suitable for you IMHO.

Canary- welcome back. You may need to read back through this thread to see the issues Abbey has had at Selco including having her hours cut to just 8 hours a week, and it's shift work with varying patterns  so she can't fit it in with another part time job. She needs a better wage
