Before after my 2 week trial on the till they said they would give me my new contract I don't why they haven't unless because someone came back or after my probation. I'm also having trouble with a supervisor I don't think she likes me but she brought there have been issues with me scanning items wrong and they loosing stock. I don't feel respected.

Where I work they are almost fanatical about H&S, you'd never see those tasks as a requirement without it going on and on about PPE. In fact that looks like a job for someone built like a brick ***.
Abbey, much as you like Selco, at no point did you have a 37 hour contract. It obviously suited the company to give you that for a little while, just as it obviously suited them to cut your hours way back down again. Whether the reasons for that were true or not, you were also told that it was highly unlikely that you'd get a full-time position. No-one can live on 10 hours a week, so it looks like it's vital for you to find a full-time job. I'm not sure if the latest job spec is one for you.
