Your epilepsy is nothing to be ashamed about Abbey. It's just how you are made. You need to learn to make the best of who you are and what you've got. Getting help for your issues is part of that. You won't get ahead otherwise.

Stop hiding...from your family and most importantly from yourself.

Only to tell certain people.

Ok I'll do it tomorrow or Friday this is just a big step.

...and you may say you don't have a problem with anyone at Selco, but you've repeatedly complained about colleagues and managers, and said the atmosphere is "toxic".

//Oh yeah I don't like everyone where I work now but when it's toxic it makes people not like thier job.//

It's management company is fine.

If they hadn't dropped my hours I'd be fine.

Question Author

I suppose you understand why I'd be embarrassed about telling people I only do 10 hours per week

Abbey, you keep forgetting why your hours were dropped - it was because you couldn't cope with the codes that you were cut back to 24 hours a week. You couldn't have been doing a good enough job, employers simply can't carry passengers, pay people for work they're not doing. I know the company then had cutbacks, no overtime etc after that, but it was the same scenario that you'd had in the care home and the cleaning firm .

Question Author

Hopefully baileys couldn't do that.

Are your parents out? Just wondering why you're not asking for their help now. If you put it off until Friday I doubt you will ever get round to it. You're in a hole. Get help now from people around you.

Abey, Selco took you on for 10 hours a week - you never had a contract for full-time work. You looked as if you were heading for full-time work there, but for various reasons that didn't happen.

No, Abbey. You were only employed for 10 hours to begin with.

Question Author

When I just seen it looks like makro.

The thing is, Abbey, not telling the truth is making things very difficult for you....for example, your mum doesn't know you're only working 10 hours a week, so what are you telling her to explain how you're managing to afford your social life/nails/tans/new clothes/phone/Disney and paying your keep?

Abbey/  Do you ever sit with your parents, watch TV with them, eat with them or do you just sit cooped up in your room most of the time thinking about work and the problems which may or may not be present?  Most of all, do you discuss your work with them?

Question Author

At the moment in my room so I can have a think.

Abbey, you've had these employment worries and difficulties for maybe almost two years? Surely it would be worth discussing now - with your parents or with a close friend? You could end up lurching around from one job to another for years to come if you keep hiding things from people.

We're just going around in circles. Again.

I've messaged a friend just now
