Does anyone where I can find out about photograpy apprenticeships in Oxford??

You won't find an apprenticeship as such. There are of course courses ranging from City & Guilds, diplomas right up to degrees in photography, although I don't know which, if any, are available to you in Oxford. You can also approach photographers directly and work as an assistant to gain valuable experience in the industry. This obviously will depend on availability of work and the sector of the industry you want to work in. If your not keen on a course then getting together a portfolio of your best work will help when pitching to photographers.

as a careers adviser in Oxon, I'm not aware of any apprenticeships avaiable in the area abut Photography, OCVC offer course which cover it, as does Abingdon and Witney College, if in doubt why not call in to your local careers centre and if your under 19 speak to a personal advisor or if over 19 arrange an appointment to see an adult advisor
