So the girls hired will all be great, on benefits and wanting cash in hand - yipee - when one gets the sack for not turning up, or nicking from the site she is supposed to clean, and they will, she'll get the arse and blow her whistle, for spite, straight to the dole, benefits and tax offices - why? Best bet is play a straight bat, get a P46 signed by them from day one - it is thier declaration to you and authorities, lets you off a lot of hooks, get one signed every year 5th April - no form, no wages!
Doesn't matter where you are, stick an extra �1 per hour on the rate you charge, most folks are just glad to get a cleaner that is reliable and so will pay. London �2 extra and Home Counties �3 - if you get resistance to price they were always going to be a problem anyway so get different customers, just look more often, knock the door when you leaflet drop!
