I am currently working in a part time job and am earning 86 per week. This is below the level where my employer has to pay my national insurance but does that mean i have to pay it out of my own pocket or would the DHSS pay this for me? I am worried that if it is not getting paid that my pension will be affected. Confused!

your national insurance should come out of your wages. if this doesnt already then i should get on to your boss or manager (depending on how old you are the more or less you pay national insurance)
