I've just realised that I've done nothing all morning (after getting here late!!)

I'm gonna be leaving at 2 to go to Haydock Park

What's the chances of me still having a job tomorrow?

You don't say what your job is, but you should check out www.armchairadvice.co.uk It is a website for people who are concerned about redundancy or dismissal and includes a questionnaire which helps you determine if your job might be at risk.

Personally I would check with boss before leaving for Haydock Park unless you work as a bookie!

If your place of employment functions perfectly well in your absence, I'd by the local paper on your walk home from Haydock (having lost your bus fare on an old nag!) and check out the situations vacant page.
