I work 9am to 6pm so 9 hours a day...with 1 hour lunch.

Do I include my hour lunch when I am trying to work out my hour rate?

No you need to take your 1 hour lunch off the total daily workable hours, unless you get paid for your lunch which is quite unlikely. So you are doing an 8 hour day so work it out with that.
