is there such thing as a 1 year course for this? I'm studying fashion at the moment and possibly want to go into photography for uni but need a base first.. any ideas?

I've checked out some places but none do it.. i'm abit stuck really.

Try your local FE college. Most will be able to offer something. You could do a part-time GCSE, or AS level.

thanks you two, I'll take a look at those sites now, and am I being really stupid when I ask what an FE college is??
No, of course you're not. I don't think the t erm gets used much these days. Basically just a post 16 college that does all those vocational type courses.

Unless you've already tried there, of course.

ooh yes I'm studying at my local college at the moment and they only offer a 2 year course and I've already been in further education for 3 years so I can't really do that.

Thanks for your help though :D have been looking at part time courses, sounds like just the right thing.
