SAAS - what do I qualify for?

Am in the process of applying to SAAS (scottish awards agency for students) and am a bit baffeled as to what help to apply for. I will need an initial student loan and will be living away from home, in another city, so some help with accomodation would be good. However do i still tick the box for help with tuition fees (aren't these paid for anyway in scotland?) Can i apply for a young person's bursary? This is all on the first page when you start to apply, in the form of a tick box. Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

I used it when I applied last year and found it very useful, I applied online and found everything I needed to know there however, I dont think you can apply for 2007/08 support until 23rd of April?
